Instruction for authors

Submissions must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Submissions should be at most 15 pages (*.pdf) including the bibliography and appendices with LNCS template http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0. Submissions must be made to the submission website at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=gpc2017. Only PDF files will be accepted. If accepted, one of the authors is expected to present the paper at the conference

One author for each accepted paper must complete the registration by bank transfer before the registration deadline in order for including the associated paper  in the conference proceedings.

The Conference registration fee includes all Conference sessions,proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, Reception, Banquet, and etc.

Authors registrations must be completed within the following deadline:

March 7, 2017

Additional  registrations must be completed within the following deadline:

April 7, 2017

Late registration are only allowed for additional registrations (no authors) and will be charged with an additional 5% fee

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. All payment must be in Euros. Payments can be made by direct bank transfer to:

No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to visa problems).

The committee will prepare visa supporting documents only to paper presenters who register and complete the payment transactions. Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance.

Every manuscript has to be accompanied by its signed copyright form. One author may sign the copyrights form on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. The Volume Editors to be indicated when compiling the form are, “Man Ho Allen Au,  Aniello Castiglione,  Kim-Kwang Raymond Choo,  Francesco Palmieri, Kuan-Ching Li” . The Title of the Book or Conference Name is “Recent Advances in Green, Pervasive and Cloud Computing – 12th International Conference on Green, Pervasive and Cloud Computing (GPC 2017), May 11-14, Cetara, Amalfi Coast, Italy”. Springer accepts scanned copyright forms as well as digital signatures.
